In an organizational setting consists of strategies
and tactics that are assessed and evaluated by HR leaders to bring success to a
firm. An organization deals with everyday competition on financial gains and
keeping stakeholders satisfied personally and professionally. As HR professionals,
we would continue strategies of competitiveness and bring forth success for our
firm. What strategies would help satisfy our CEOs? A detailed oriented and task
oriented professional experienced to mandate its duties in accordance to firm’s
vision and ethical procedures. One way to satisfy CEOs are the ability to show professionalism,
diligence, punctuality, and earnestness to our jobs. These behaviors makes an outstanding
characteristic to impress our employers. A strategic HRM we can deploy are keeping
this characteristics present to our jobs at all times. How can HR professionals
help and assist employees to maintain these characteristics? HR professionals
provide periodic education and teaching to employees to achieve core competency
level. A professional strategy that HR offers prior to hiring employees are to
match characteristics needed to deploy by a staff personnel.
In the midst of working conditions are dilemmas
contributing to affect personal characteristics. In fact, distorted characteristics
can impede HR assets (employees with outstanding characteristics are not able
to function at 100% level) and HR professionals’ strategic value (how
stakeholders [employees] appreciates their organization). Dilemmas include lack
of teaching to staff about keeping good characteristics at work and lack of
notification on how to deal with new practices at work.
How do we solve this?
- Communication
of strategic HRM between employees and managers.
- Keeping employees
inform when new practices needed to follow working conditions.
- Evaluation of employee behavior (HR
architecture strategy).
- Re-orientation
process (if necessary).
- Staff meeting
about new working condition.
- Evaluation of
competency level.
- Involve employees’
on comments and suggestions (open house).
