What
do organizations believe to be vital when endorsing a product’s quality?
a)
The assessment of the quality of the
product. Allowing open suggestions and comments from all employees augments the
importance and quality of the product. Product safety is a good assessment
because it pertains to improve market competition. Leaders and employers
communicating vital issues align to HR good practice (Ruppert & Green,
2012).
b) Allowing
HR professionals to evaluate the product with current competitors. This allows
HR professionals to explain the advantage of the product and to accumulate
solid strategies for outperforming competitors.
c) HR
professionals creating worthiness in the product. The quality and purpose of
the product is very important for customers to acknowledge because it
encourages them to understand the importance and usefulness of the product.
d) HR
to analyze a competitive price that aligns with HR metrics. With the current
economy, organizations must be willing to support the community with future
investments for the company. To start, we can attract customers by matching
prices with other stores. Customers are the key of business and a serious future
investment.
e) Assessment
and research. As HR professionals, we seek experts to become the sole leaders
for endorsing our products. HR leaders guide the endorsement process and act as
decision maker.
Product quality encourages learning for the organization because it
leads to HR professionals using quantitative and qualitative approaches prior
to endorsing the product. Budget plans are very important prior to product
quality because we ensure that the process is within our company budget. We shall
ensure to have a cost-effective plan that provides financial gain for the
company. Quality of service also affects knowledge sharing on how to persuade
customers. Stakeholders such as our customers are our main focus toward a
successful business strategy. We ensure a quality of service and a price that
is competitive in the market. It is also vital to prepare a quantitative
measure so that the price of a product aligns with the current budget plan. HR
professionals prepare a qualitative approach to advocate CEOs about the
importance of quality service to customers. Quality of service leads to the achievement
of consumer goals and the organization’s improved product quality (Tahor,
Bakar, & Ismail, 2010).
Quality service is always an important HRM practice to consider for all
business approaches because it pertains to persuading and attracting customers.
Customers make business alive and we want to ensure that the quality of the
product is optimal and that the price is affordable. As HR professionals, we
ensure to analyze master budget so that, within two to three years, the company
can be attaining a steady income.
